THE LAUNCH OF OGEE MAGAZINE

The Redline Company team was thrilled when Estomar91 approached us with the idea of producing a magazine to highlight the many services that they offer. As an expert in Italian-style construction, renovation and interior design, the remit was to devise an entertaining product that reflected the company’s philosophy and arena of interests, so we divided the publication Ogee Magazine into two basic sections: corporate and general interest. It was also agreed that the magazine should be bilingual (i.e. English and Spanish) in order to appeal to as many potential readers as possible.
In a series of creative meetings we thought of a suitable name for the magazine, finalised the content and agreed on a deadline. We proposed some of the articles, while the client had firm views on the features that he felt would best demonstrate the range of services that his business offered. Once a list had been produced we were able to go ahead and draw up a flatplan that detailed the placement of the articles and advertisements.
In order to bolster the range of this new publication we also create a website (www.ogeemagazine.com) as an online accompaniment. The main purpose here was to include as many keywords as possible to drive readers to Estomar 91’s website, while ensuring that the text reflected the quality of prose displayed in the paper version.
Ogee Magazine was completed slightly ahead of time and was launched in the middle of March. This was an entirely enjoyable process at the end of which the client was happy with the final product and the Redline Company team had learned a great deal about Italian architecture and design!
