Danish standards of service
Weber Estates is one of our favourite international real agent projects at the moment. This new venture was launched in 2023, by a Danish client who dreamed of becoming a real estate agent and has many years of experience in construction and environmental management.
The company offers a useful mix of services, ranging from property sales to interior design and construction. As a point of difference, the in-house team has extensive technical construction experience and can provide invaluable professional advice pertaining to the structure, renovation potential and much more, to anyone considering purchasing a property.
Corporate branding
As a start-up business, Redline’s first task was to create a brand-new corporate identity from scratch that would convey the company’s character and resonate with the target market (predominantly Danish and Scandinavian holiday home buyers).
We presented original logo designs on mood boards to show the client how the branding would look in different formats, such as on a website, brochures and business cards. All elements of the design, from the colour, type of font and variations were then compiled in a brand manual, which ensures all future marketing follows the corporate brand guidelines. For example, elements of the corporate branding are also used in social media management, merchandising and much more etc.
IX and UX Website design and SEO
Once the look and feel of the company had been decided, the most important task was to design and develop a responsive website that can be viewed on all devices. The layout provides the best user experience (UX) and interaction design (IX) to ensure the best look and feel, functionality and clear calls to action. The website was created in the latest version of WordPress, allowing for easy updates, ongoing SEO (e.g. blogs) and future growth.
Real estate is a saturated market on the Costa del Sol therefore it was essential to use every advantage to appeal to the target audience. In the case of Weber Estates, the USPs that needed to be conveyed were the Danish style service, construction experience and a team with a relatable story.
Redline undertook keyword research to identify the search terms currently being used by people activity searching for property. Working closely with the client, we provided basic technical onsite SEO and created keyword rich original content in both English and Danish.

Lead generation
Redline’s Google Certified team set up, implement and continues to manage Google PPC and remarketing campaigns. Regular optimisation has resulted in success campaigns delivering good quality leads within the designated budget.
Social media management
It was important for the client to have a presence on social media platforms, as means of gaining brand awareness, reaching potential clients and encouraging engagement. Redline creates a mix of videos, photographs, captions etc. across social media channels, ensuring regular original posts which are visually exciting.
All posts follow the company’s brand guidelines with regards to visuals, type of content and tone.
Photography and videography
Redline’s photographer arranges regular photoshoots to provide original interesting and informative videos covering the areas that Weber Estates specialises in, and high-quality professional photographs for the website and social media.
