OUR PAST INTERNS

Doing my internship at Redline Company was a fantastic experience for me. Firstly, because it was my first experience of professional life, and secondly, because I felt that I had a place here, and that I could show my skills and help the team. The atmosphere in this team is wonderful, very welcoming, I was quickly taken care of from my first day. I’ve got to know everyone. I really enjoyed doing this internship.
Too bad it ended so early. I wish I had done a few more months. I had the opportunity to use my skills in graphic design, photography, which I studied at my university in Belgium. I had a great time.
I also I had the opportunity to teach a lesson to the team as an influencer. It is a pleasure to work in such a good atmosphere, it is easy to work with the team on “Todo.vu”, the network that Redline Company uses, so we really work with a real team spirit.
I am happy to have been able to help them, and that they had confidence in my ability to carry out the work. Once again, a big thank you to Redline Company. I will remember this experience.
Bisous,
Jérôme

After working with Redline and completing my internship after 5 months it was very hard for me to say goodbye. I had an amazing time and I took so much new knowledge and fun experiences with me. At my first day I was welcomed with warm hugs and I immediately felt super comfortable and I had a great work experience.
All the employees at Redline are super nice and always willing to help you. As it is a small company with only a few people the atmosphere is very familiar. Right from the start I was trusted with big tasks and was able to have a greater look into the whole marketing processes and tasks. Since 2 years I already study International Marketing, but these 5 months gave me more than I could have imagined and I learned more about marketing and all the different design programmes than in these 2 years of studying. Redline has a lot to offer for an intern and they give every intern the chance to develop great ideas and embrace your full potential. I wanted to have a look into every department, but my main interest was the graphic design. They trusted me with big tasks and I was allowed to work completely on my own and embrace my creativity in my work. Whenever I needed an advice, help was never far.
After leaving Redline I feel more sure about where I want to go after my studies and what I want to do and at the same time it has given me so much joy and fun to work in such a great environment with so lovely and inspiring people.
I am going to miss all of you very much, thank you so much for the greatest experience in my life and for so many happy moments.
Un beso.

My international exchange through YEIM (Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs) with Redline Company was completely successful. I contributed to Redline with my knowledge and experience in the field of event organising, digital communication and audio-visual creations.
As an event and project coordinator of two events in the company, I successfully led the projects from idea to realisation. Creating a Lipdub video for Redline was an amazing experience and as a result of the video creation, Redline received engagement on social media and while coordinating the team I managed to bring up the team spirit to the next level.
The other event, which came from my idea of organising a networking event for Redline, was RedTalks, an initiative involving presentations and networking. As a result, Redline received new leads which may contribute to revenue.
I also had an active role in the company in different fields with a focus on social media, advertising, websites and digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, etc) and copywriting.
I gained fresh and creative ideas throughout my exchange and as my opportunities were in learning design, web maintenance, e-marketing, social networking/PR, market research, photography/video production and editing. After an internship of four months, I will be able to use this knowledge in my further work.
This valuable connection with Line and the Redline team brought us both many benefits, from innovative ideas and learning opportunities about foreign markets and expanding business opportunities.
I hope I will work with these amazing and totally creative people in the future.
Thank you, Redline, for your creative energy and support. Thank you for the opportunity to be fully involved in your everyday work. I learned a lot from you!
Sending you big hugs and warm, beautiful wishes for your future plans!

My six months with Redline Company has now come to an end and has been nothing but amazing.
On my first day I was welcomed with open arms, quite literally after receiving a big hug from one of the employees that remembered me from the time I came to visit before I started my internship.
All my tasks at Redline have been fun and challenging. I really appreciate that all the team members have trusted me with their tasks. I’ve learned so much about marketing and it’s been amazing to gain experience on how to do social media, copywriting, graphic design and SEO.
I feel that my time at Redline has prepared me for the work-life and at the same time it’s given me such much joy and fun experiences.
Last but not least, I want to say a massive thank you to everyone from Redline Company that have made the past six months the best months of my life. Love you guys, see you soon.
Big hugs and lots of smiles from the Norwegian.

My experience at Redline was great! I had the opportunity first of all to see how the work is managed inside a marketing company, in other terms, to sneak a peek of behind the scenes of the marketing world. It was the first time I went abroad for such a long time (2 months, well, that’s long for me) and I´m so glad I dared to do it!
I improved various computing skills and tried a lot of new stuff I haven´t heard about before. In the end my work crystalized mainly to designing and writing. I learned how to use inDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, a bit of Adobe Premier. Took my chances on writing articles, got the idea about SEO, learned the rules of engaging writing and other valuable things.
You can fall in love with this place even just for its atmosphere here. Music in the background, friendly talks and giggling, sharing tea making, talking about yoga during lunch time and meeting multicultural people… I need to say that Redline created an amazing image of office working and now I will have high expectations for my future working place! 😀
And lastly. Dear Redline team, I want to thank you from all my heart. Although, I haven’t stayed here for very long but you will all be an unforgettable part of my life! Thank you for all your smiles, kindness and warmth. I will miss you, guys! ♥
With love,
Egle

This has been one of the best experiences that I have ever had. For me, practicing website development has been very useful and has really expanded my knowledge.
Working with Redline for the last three months has been a great experience that I have truly enjoyed. Redline provides a friendly, supportive and international environment that allows you to learn a lot and to realise your full potential.
I had the opportunities to use programs including Brackets, InDesign and Illustrator to create websites and set up hosting and domains to launch new client sites. I can now see all of stuff that I programmed and it is so exciting and I will certainly find it helpful in my future career.
I would advise every student to do an internship with Redline. It’s a valuable experience that could help you choose your future career path.
Thank you so much for this time!

I was an intern in Redline for two months. I came here with the intention to learn more about web development. However, when I started working here, the team gave me tasks from everywhere.
I had tasks in design, social media marketing, SEO, web development and digital marketing in general. It was great because it helped me discover what I like and what I don’t in terms of tasks, which contributes to my career decision in the future. I found out that I am leaning more towards web development and design, and I am really glad and thankful to Redline for that.
Dear future intern in Redline,
Try to do every task you get no matter how challenging it is, you will learn and thrive. Then, when you find your passion, you can ask for more tasks in that particular thing you liked, so that you learn more about it and expand. Every member in the team is specialized and expert in something so stay close to your chosen favourite tasks expert. You will learn a lot if you want to. Here in Redline, every intern creates their own experience, you will have all the technical resources and expertise you need so make sure to get the best out of it and shine.
That’s my little advice to you extracted from my two month experience here.
Thank you Redline for this great experience, I am grateful to every team member who enriched my technical skills, you are all amazing. However, I would love to give credits to some of you who I had closer interaction with:
Thank you Line for the opportunity, Louise for appreciating my work, Mariangel for your super kindness and lastly (Mae-Li) who was my very kind elder sister, awesome smart web development master, and my fairy angel in the Costa del Sol.
Thank you,
Somaya
