OUR PAST INTERNS

My six months with Redline Company has now come to an end and has been nothing but amazing.

On my first day I was welcomed with open arms, quite literally after receiving a big hug from one of the employees that remembered me from the time I came to visit before I started my internship.

All my tasks at Redline have been fun and challenging. I really appreciate that all the team members have trusted me with their tasks. I’ve learned so much about marketing and it’s been amazing to gain experience on how to do social media, copywriting, graphic design and SEO.

I feel that my time at Redline has prepared me for the work-life and at the same time it’s given me such much joy and fun experiences.

Last but not least, I want to say a massive thank you to everyone from Redline Company that have made the past six months the best months of my life. Love you guys, see you soon.

Big hugs and lots of smiles from the Norwegian.

This has been one of the best experiences that I have ever had. For me, practicing website development has been very useful and has really expanded my knowledge.

Working with Redline for the last three months has been a great experience that I have truly enjoyed. Redline provides a friendly, supportive and international environment that allows you to learn a lot and to realise your full potential.

I had the opportunities to use programs including Brackets, InDesign and Illustrator to create websites and set up hosting and domains to launch new client sites.  I can now see all of stuff that I programmed and it is so exciting and I will certainly find it helpful in my future career.

I would advise every student to do an internship with Redline. It’s a valuable experience that could help you choose your future career path.

Thank you so much for this time!

I was an intern in Redline for two months. I came here with the intention to learn more about web development. However, when I started working here, the team gave me tasks from everywhere.

I had tasks in design, social media marketing, SEO, web development and digital marketing in general. It was great because it helped me discover what I like and what I don’t in terms of tasks, which contributes to my career decision in the future.  I found out that I am leaning more towards web development and design, and I am really glad and thankful to Redline for that.

Dear future intern in Redline,

Try to do every task you get no matter how challenging it is, you will learn and thrive. Then, when you find your passion, you can ask for more tasks in that particular thing you liked, so that you learn more about it and expand. Every member in the team is specialized and expert in something so stay close to your chosen favourite tasks expert. You will learn a lot if you want to. Here in Redline, every intern creates their own experience, you will have all the technical resources and expertise you need so make sure to get the best out of it and shine.

That’s my little advice to you extracted from my two month experience here.

Thank you Redline for this great experience, I am grateful to every team member who enriched my technical skills, you are all amazing. However, I would love to give credits to some of you who I had closer interaction with:

Thank you Line for the opportunity, Louise for appreciating my work, Mariangel for your super kindness and lastly (Mae-Li) who was my very kind elder sister, awesome smart web development master, and my fairy angel in the Costa del Sol.

Thank you,

Somaya

I have been an intern at Redline for two months. It was a short time but I learnt so many things. I really had an amazing and fun time at Redline.

Redline treats you like you are part of the team and they ask you what you are interested and what kind of tasks you would like to do.  This is a great way to improve your skills.

It was a really amazing experience working at Redline and I was so glad to work with an international team.

Today is my last day. I absolutely wanted to thank you for this opportunity. It was an amazing experience both from a personal and a professional point of view. I’m going back with more knowledge on digital marketing, but most of all, with memories and unforgettable encounters. My adventure in Marbella was one that I will always remember.

This internship has given me the opportunity to learn so much more about the field of Marketing than I would be able to learn in the classroom. The work of an intern here at redline Company is often challenging and exciting. It allows me the chance to experience field work first hand and interact with professionals to get a better understanding of my career path, while simultaneously building my resume for future opportunities

I have developed many skills and have a much greater concept of what to expect after college.

Redline staff is extremely kind, hardworking, and invested in the growth of their interns. This gave me an environment to blossom and gain many new skills. They really want their interns to have an exceptional learning experience while interning here and really take the time to plan around it.

The advice I would give to future interns is to learn from other people. Costa del Sol is very multicultural and it is amazing that you can learn about other cultures and people in one country! I work with English, Spanish, Danish, Norwegian, Turkish people on my team and I love it, it is very interesting.

I was an intern in Redline company for two and a half months. It was my first internship and it was better than I expected.

I am a very shy person, so for me this internship wasn’t just about learning about digital marketing, it was also a way to challenge myself because I am only 18 years old and it´s the first time I have lived alone.

I was extremely nervous on my first day, but I was shocked because I didn’t expect all the team to be so nice and smiling!

In Redline I met an amazing and a very talented team from all around the word. I improved my English even more and learned special terms appropriated to digital marketing. I have been able to learn so many different things in the digital marketing field.

The team was always ready to help when I didn´t understand something. This company has a nice atmosphere, so it is amazing to work there!

I am very happy that I had the chance to work on so many different things. I wrote content for blogs, designed flyers, wrote and added social media posts… There are plenty of different tasks that you can learn at Redline, they give you the chance to be involved with everything, to improve, to be creative. I combined working on some very precise things with creativity, which is something that I loved.

*Thank you Mae for being always carry and making sure that everything was fine

I feel grown up thank you so much Redline for everything! Wish you the best

Where do I even begin?

I was that newbie that travelled all the way from South Africa to Spain (Marbella) wondering to myself “what have I gotten myself into?” but simultaneously over joyed and anxious by the opportunity brought before me.

On my first day I was quite nervous (which I imagine every intern on their first day would be) and I walked in, not knowing what to expect…but immediately, I was warmly greeted by the entire Redline team. Everyone was very kind, helpful and patient too, which made adapting very easy and that´s when I knew I made the right decision.

From the very first day, I was instantly presented with tasks to do – so you get into all the action the moment you step through that door which was just brilliant. Studying a B. Commerce degree in Marketing and Economics, I came to Redline with no digital marketing experience what so ever and the best thing I did for myself was just trying out every task thrown in the air (even if you have no idea what you´re doing) and that was the amazing thing about Redline, their willingness to teach and share – even if you ask them another four times how to do a certain task, they were happy to help.

Thanks to Mae-Li (you were awesome) for being such a fantastic host and person for helping us interns settle in and show us around, thanks to the entire Redline team for helping me grow as a person and for all the good laughs we had and thank you Line for giving me this chance, I am truly grateful! I will certainly be seeing you all very soon!

With much love

Kemal
