With special add on function such as;

client directory - where the client can upload the listing themselves and you need to just approve and it goes live. the listings can include a logo, description, address and link to web
Event Calendar - where clients can upload events - moderated by owner of site
Distribution points - companies should be able to register their interest in being a distribution point, be able to easily click and request more magazines to be delivered(in case they have run out), a map where the places are as a google map and when the company register as a distribution point, they will have to add in their google map coordinates.
