El Campanario Golf & Country House case study
If you are wondering how Redline Company can help you put some muscle into your marketing, take a look at what we have achieved for El Campanario Golf & Country House. Even though each business is different, the general principles are the same; consistent, quality and creativity marketing will work wonders.
El Campanario Golf & Country House asked to strengthen their brand as an ‘affordable luxury lifestyle choice’ and to widen their customer base amongst their target market of over 35 year old expats in Estepona and the surrounding areas.
In November 2013, Redline Company became their external marketing department and set to work updating their corporate look. We created individual logos for each division – real estate, restaurant and club – to provide recognisable branding for all future marketing material, including a fresh look for their website, new billboards, posters and advertisements. The next step was to streamline online communications by reducing the number of newsletters. We cut the frequency, sharpened up the content, added clear calls to action and designed a modern template to create interest and reinforce brand recognition.
As a leisure and lifestyle product it’s vital for El Campanario to showcase their facilities to a new audience, so we suggested publicising quarterly Open Days and Free Trial Days via social media, email and PR campaigns, which has resulted in high attendance and new membership applications. By implementing a new social media plan covering Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn we have already seen higher engagement and an increase in ‘likes’. Future activity will include introducing new elements to the newly finished website including Google Analytics, SEO and a blog.
Nicole Schneider Director says, ‘Redline understands exactly what we are trying to achieve. We work together well. I know that I can rely on the team to deliver on-time and to keep me informed of progress every step of the way’.
El Campanario Golf & Country House has a wide range of facilities available to both members and the general public, including an a la carte restaurant, tennis and padel courts, a 9-hole golf course and a fully equipped gym. Activities include health and fitness classes plus a range of massages and beauty treatments available. For more information visit: www.elcampanario-resort.com

Redline’s award winning graphic design team has donated their time free of charge to ‘Triple A’ to design a line of merchandise to help raise money for the charity. The first item is a fabric bag featuring the simple yet powerful slogan, “Live, Love, Adopt” alongside the image of cheeky looking puppy wearing a jaunty bandana. The bags could be the first in a range of products to be sold at local markets and are expected to be a hit with local animal lovers and shoppers alike.
Triple A is an officially registered non-profit making organisation which is dedicated to helping and caring for abandoned animals and running programmes of spraying and neutering. They also have a gallery of abandoned animals waiting to be adopted by people who can give them a loving home. Although funds are in short supply, they also endeavour to educate the public about animal welfare to try and reduce maltreatment in the future. So when approached, Redline had no hesitation in agreeing to help.
Operating under the slogan, “the agency with the big heart”, Redline takes its commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility seriously. Whenever possible the award winning team offers assistance to international and local charity organisations, either by contributing financially via schemes like the Red Cross Club 1000 or in the case of ‘Triple A’, providing the design and helping them to source the bags and arrange the printing.

It’s that time of year already! The organisers of Arte Marbella are busy getting ready for this year’s cultural and artistic extravaganza, which will kick off tonight (Thursday 20th at 7pm), running through until around 10pm on Sunday the 23rd June, at the Parque La Alemeda and Avd del Mar, Marbella.
The first Arte Marbella held in 2009 was created by a dedicated group of art lovers, (Spaniards and expats) as a means of introducing more culture to the local community. Five years later, the festival is even more popular than ever; this year there is expected to be over 20,000 visitors over three days! Providing a platform for established and up and coming artists to showcase their works, live entertainment ranging from Jazz, dance, gospel, opera, big bands, classical singers and even DJs playing golden oldies from the 1940s.
As an international marketing agency operating in Marbella for almost 9 years, Redline Company is a keen supporter of local initiatives, designing and producing the programme each year (free of charge) in support of art and the local area. We have also, designed a stylish new website, which can be instantly updated by the organisers.

Mr Gourmet Burger, located on the main street in San Pedro opened its doors on the 31th July, attracting a wide range of hungry diners – including the team from Redline Company who were first in line to try it out.
Having created the concept of Mr Gourmet Burger from scratch, the Redline team were just as excited to see ‘him’ unveiled to the public, as we were to taste the food.
As the external marketing department, Redline was responsible for all aspects of the launch, spending several months creating everything from the logo, website and menus to Mr Gourmet’s cheeky personality and globe-trotting adventures. We can’t help thinking, that it’s only a matter of time before the brand opens in other parts of the world.
Mr Gourmet Burger brings a fresh take on burgers to the Costa del Sol, mixing fun and informality with high quality cooking, to provide a unique range of luxury speciality burgers served in relaxed funky surroundings.
Line hugging it out with Mr. G
For the kids and those who are still young at heart, there’s a life size Mr Gourmet Burger positioned outside the restaurant – perfect for a photo opportunity. Being young at heart, Redline Company took advantage of the restaurant’s free Wi-Fi, to share photos of the team with Mr Gourmet Burger online.
With over 20 years of experience in the restaurant business the owners, who are also the team behind Passion Café at CC La Colonia, pride themselves on using only the best ingredients to make some of the most delicious burgers you will ever eat.
Redline was beyond impressed with the choice, size of portions and the delicious flavours, plus attentive service from the friendly waiting staff – even converting a vegetarian in the process.
Get yourself down to Avenida Luis Braille in San Pedro for some great burgers, great salads and cold beer!

Thai Style, an exciting new restaurant located at the heart of Puerto Banús, held a colourful launch party on the 31st July, inviting guests to experience a taste of the Far East.
Thai Style’s guests were welcomed on a red carpet by hostesses sporting traditional Thai dress, whilst music pulsed late into the night, drinks flowed and tasty Thai treats were enjoyed by all.
To create a taste of Thailand in the middle of Marbella; all furniture, fixtures, uniforms and even the staff came directly from Thailand. Part of an international restaurant chain, this is first Thai Style to open in Spain and the only one to have a lounge bar and restaurant under the same roof.
The lively mix of guests included Spanish TV personalities, local press and of course Redline Company, who designed Thai Style’s website, menus and even produced a video. As Thai Style’s external marketing department, Redline Company will continue to provide a wide range of marketing services to promote the new restaurant in Marbella.
Enjoying the famed Thai hospitality, guests soaked up the atmosphere, sampled the menu and drank champagne, well past midnight. At the end of the evening, ladies were presented with a beautiful orchid, the inspiration for the Thai Style logo.
Redline Company had a great time and will definitely be back soon to try some more delicious dishes from the menu.

On Friday 16th of September, Redline Company attended the Marbella Oktoberfest in the Parque Fuerte Nagüeles.
It was as if we were in Munich for one evening and could experience a little bit of Germany and its most enjoyable traditions right here in Marbella; live music, traditional dancing and – of course – beer!
Did we have a good time? Of course we did!
The Munich Oktoberfest attracts over 6 million international visitors annually and a companion event takes place every year here in Marbella.
We will, of course, be back for more next year. Maybe we’ll even splash some cash on some lederhosen for that authentic look!

Last Friday Line Lyster and a group of her friends attended the Queen tribute concert at Playa El Pinillo,Marbella.
X Factor contestant, Ruth Lorenzo, opened the show in grand style with her amazing voice and warmed the crowd up beautifully for the Queen tribute band, which was just astonishing.
