Included in the one-off cost is:
1. Research and booking of exhibition/s
2. Design of your stand
3. Production of stand graphics, including plinth with graphics and wooden top (to use as a table)
4. Cost of stand space at the exhibition (12 square metres, two open sides)
5. Transport of stand graphics to the exhibition with put up
and take down of stand (plus storage in UK of stand until next
exhibition)
The stand graphics are yours to use in any other exhibition of your choosing. Other extras are available at an additional cost.

UK Exhibition – Package Two
• Great package for medium size and large agents/developers
who want greater impact at a UK exhibition
• Third party exhibition of your choice
• Modular free-form exhibition stand to promote your products
Included in the one-off cost is:
1. Research and booking of exhibition/s
2. Design and production of your unique stand and graphics incl plinth and cupboard space.
3. Cost of stand space at the exhibition (24 square metres)
4. Transport of stand graphics to the exhibition with put up and take down of stand (plus storage in UK of stand until next exhibition)
The exhibition stand will be designed with at least two open sides. Carpet supplied by the show. This stand type gives greater flexibility for using in other shows and in different size spaces or set ups because the stand can be re-configured. This type of stand will give you a strong visual presence above your competition.
Other extras, such as plasma screen, literature racks etc are available to buy or hire at an additional cost.

UK Exhibition – Package Three
A custom-made package to suit an agent or developer that wants to generate direct sales at their own shows.
As an example, a private show could be held at a hotel, golf club, shopping centre, football club etc. This package gives prices for a one day hotel event, however a ‘tour’ of venues could be created.
Included in this cost is:
1. Research of suitable venue/s, schedule preparation, booking
of venue/s
2. Design and layout of the event
3. Production of stand graphics and hire of stands, including table and chairs or equivalent
4. Venue with refreshments (As example, 3 star hotel - 75 sqm)
5. Transport of stand graphics to the show with put up and take
down of stand (plus storage in UK of stand until next
exhibition)
6. Suitable advertising in relevant publications
7. Your own pull-up to take away after the event which can be used for other events
8. Plasma screen hire (106cm screen) plus DVD player for the day

Terms and conditions
Prices given are in euros and will be invoiced in euros by a UK company, therefore incur the current VAT rate.
A deposit of 50% of total cost is payable upon commencement of project, with the remaining 50% to be paid upon completion.
